Which Type of Pool?

A swimming pool is a fantastic addition to your lifestyle, something to enjoy and appreciate for many years to come and, for many people, the culmination of a lifelong ambition.

You will quickly find a dazzling array of pool 'kits' are available. The sales team will always assure you that their particular method is the best available but, of course, this is not always the case. At Vendee Pools we are an independent pool constructor and do not represent any particular manufacturer meaning that we have chosen the best all-around system available. The 'Polyblok' method of construction combines the strength of reinforced concrete with the thermal qualities of polystyrene and the versatility of construction inherent in the method.

'Which?' magazine concluded that this method of pool construction is the best available and we are so confident of the strength of our pools that we offer an unprecedented 20 year structural warranty, you will not get that from any other pool company. Our swimming pools are installed with a high quality polyester liner available in dozens of designs and colours and our liners come with a 15 year guarantee. Lines have many advantages over tiled or plastered pools and are much more flexible and adaptable to all types of pools.

In some cases, like severely sloping sites or natural environments a concrete pool may not be practical or suitable. For this reason we also install the BLUEWOOD range of timber pool. Manufactured in France from high quality timber, the Bluewood range offers a huge range of shapes and sizes and can complement perfectly a landscaped garden. The pools also come with a 15 year structural guarantee.
For those whose budget can’t quite stretch to a fully in-ground pool we now offer a very competitively price range of above or partially buried concrete pools with a stylish wood effect finish.
The NATURALIS range is extremely strong and adaptable as well as having clean lines and stylish finishing. See more information on the NATURALIS page
