House Extension
The owners of this house were delighted with their new pool and terrace but it was situated at the side of the house beside a lean-to outbuilding.
They really wanted to have an aspect to the pool area and so approached us about converting the outbuilding and incorporating it into the house.
This involved removing a huge oven/kiln, knocking through a half metre wall to the main house and reinforcing the roof.
The end result was an open plan kitchen/dining area flooded with light and opening into the newly refurbished lounge area. The crowning glory was the installation of a double aspect log burner and french doors opening onto the pool terrace.
